*       Check number of reps considering potential change in the future. GTM, S&Ops, BI team

*       Check if we can include also AR, BV and TF in the test to complete the Luxury division. GTM

*       Align local marketing team on the proposed strategy. GTM

*       Understand how to manage credit policy to avoid credit block. Deb, Ira, GTM

*       Once we decide the brands train sales consultants on the changes, we foresee two moments to train them on the changes:

o       One in May at the brand immersion

  o One in September in a meeting ad hoc to be defined
